No! For many women, having a physical examination can be a barrier to accessing the pelvic floor physiotherapy support they need. Emsella® allows you to comfortably improve your pelvic floor health in a completely non-invasive, safe environment. Though Emsella treatments do not require a physical examination, we do recommend that our clients be assessed by a pelvic floor physiotherapist to rule out any pelvic floor dysfunctions that would not be eligible for treatment with Emsella.

Emsella® treatments are a unique sensation but are not painful. Your treatments are tailored to you and your service provider will help make sure you’re comfortable throughout the duration of your treatments. The Emsella™ chair is here to make you feel your best, not cause you pain.

Your initial six-session treatment course with Emsella® cost $1,800. Stand-alone treatments cost $300 and follow-up sessions, $200. We understand that this can be a considerable expense.
